会社で仕事をしていると、
振られた仕事、提案した仕事が発生して、
実現に向けてPJを立てて
メンバーを集めて
大きく、小さく、何人かのメンバーで物事に取り組んでいきますよね。
分からないことを聞ける人も多いし
時間もお金も限られるものは
会社が用意してくれる。
でも、趣味で始めた天然石販売はそんなことなく。
好きなものを集めて、
もっと欲しくなった時に、1人では抱え切れるわけもなく
販売を始めたのですが。
1人で全てのことに携わり
人にお願いする、時間もお金ももちろんなく。
実践しながら、試行錯誤の日々。
会社での無茶振りよりも
自分に無茶振りしながら。
ドキドキしつつ、楽しく
そんなふうに、この1年過ごせたなぁと思っています。
今週末から、連日でのイベントも。
業者さんがブースを作ってくれるわけじゃない。
慣れた人が、準備してくれるわけでもない。
それでも、作家さまのアクセサリーに勇気をもらいながら
楽しんでいきないなぁと思っております！

I always want to provide the attractiveness of natural stones to all of the people and hope your life becomes more wonderful with them.
When you work in the company and you have a task or project, start to make a team and plan then proceed it together.
Company would prepare the money or time to complete, also there is a person who always gives you advice if you don't know how to do it.
I started this business as my hobby at the beginning but it was not easy.
I ran everything by myself and there was no time or money to ask people to help.
Kept doing trial and error but I enjoyed it.
This is how I have been spending this year.
