Last week, I introduced an artist's consignment sale at a department store for three weeks in August, and I told you about the actual customer's voice on Instagram Live.

About 10 hours of live performances over two days.

It was a long time, but I was happy to meet many people.

I was able to see a lot of people other than the commissioned writer.

As I have said many times, there is no such thing as “absolute” or “this is the correct answer”.

But there are artists and works, and customers who buy works over there.

I was able to see the faces and voices up close at the store, which I couldn't see when selling online.

In recent years, it is said that the "AISAS theory", which began to be said little by little from 2004, has become stronger in the consumer behavior process than the conventional "AIDMA theory".

We don't want to talk about difficult marketing jargon.

However, in the latter case, while researching in advance on the Internet before purchasing a product, the conventional "AIDMA" is used for over-the-counter sales.

The feeling and memory of “I want it!” remains, and they purchase it.

There were many such customers.

This is something you should never forget when selling your work.

At the time of production, it is important to imagine "as realistically as possible" and "seriously".

The more concrete your imagination is, the better your work will be.

Find what you want to express.

For that reason, you can think about what to move from.

There is no right answer, and it is actually a very difficult task.

I think that how seriously you can face each other here is the key to connecting the work and the customer.

In consignment sales, it is not just an “Internet search” that competes on price.

I felt that the power of the work, the way it is attractive, and the feelings that the artist puts into his work.

Also, this time, it was very good that such writers gathered and were able to do it in such a place.

I think there are people who are good at online sales and people who are good at over-the-counter sales.

I want to sell it, but I don't know how.

I tried to sell it, but it didn't sell at all.

As long as you sell, you become an "artist", but it is not always possible for everyone to get satisfactory results immediately, even after starting.

However, one summer I was able to sell while knowing the feelings of each writer.

I was able to think about various things, use my head, and witness the moving scene.
